
Shelley is a disciple of His Holiness Lin Yun, Grand Master of
Black Sect Tantric Buddhist School of Feng Shui and has been studying
Feng Shui for more than fifteen years. She is a contributing author
to "A Feng Shui Anthology, Contemporary Earth Design"
and has written aritcles for Feng Shui the Journal, New Woman's
Spirit Magazine, Landscape Architect and Specifier News and les
nouvelles esthetiques. She is author of the forthcoming book, Secrets
of the Land, Using Feng Shui for Harmonious Gardens.
Shelley is the Los Angeles Regional Coordinator for Feng Shui Around the World-Creating
Environments That Heal, a worldwide program providing "free" Feng Shui services to
hospitals, hospices and residential facilities treating people who face life-threatening
illnesses.
She teaches Feng Shui principles for U.C.L.A. Extension, Learning Tree University and
the Learning Annex. Shelley was a featured speaker for the Second International Feng Shui
Conference, 1997 and the National Meeting for the American Society of Landscape Architects,
1997 & 1998 and the International Conference of Esthetics and Dermatology, 1998.
She is a licensed Landscape Architect and has designed award winning residential landscapes.
She has taught classes in landscape subjects including "The Garden As a Healing Space" and
Designing for Horticultural Therapy: Requirements for Successful Landscapes" for U.C.L.A.
Extension and "How to Design Your own Garden" for the Learning Annex.
Shelley lectures, writes, consults and works in Los Angeles. She does Feng Shui consultations
for people's homes, gardens and businesses and recently consulted with the designers of the
Chinatown Metropolitan Transit Authority (Subway) station. She owns her company, Harmony Gardens,
