This formal Mediterranean home needed to have a more grace foreground. The owners wanted to express and fulfill two very different ideas on the property. They loved the luck tropical genera that are typical in a Mediterranean paradise and the drought tolerant planting which would show their social responsibility. Shown here is the entry which has been widened with flagstone in gravel and celebrated with beautiful pots holding interesting plants. The medians around the house are planted in gorgeous patterns of drought tolerant succulents, grasses and natives punctuated by paved pathways to the sidewalk.
